Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform the Stock Exchanges regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at the Company's manufacturing facility situated at Plot B-14, Mahad MIDC, District Raigad, Maharashtra, on August 15, 2026. The incident involved gas leakage at the Company's Mahad manufacturing facility. Immediately upon occurrence of the incident, the Company activated its emergency response and safety protocols and took necessary steps to secure the affected area and ensure the safety of its employees and other persons in the vicinity. The Company deeply regrets to inform that one person working at the Company's facility succumbed following the incident. The Company extends its deepest condolences to the bereaved family and is providing necessary support and assistance to the family. Further, certain persons working in the vicinity were also affected and were provided medical attention. The Company has been informed that one person working at a neighbouring industrial unit subsequently succumbed during medical treatment. The Company is extending necessary cooperation to the concerned authorities in relation to the incident. Temporary suspension of operations: In view of the incident and as a precautionary measure, operations at the Company's Mahad manufacturing facility have been temporarily suspended with Regd. The Company has taken this step in the interest of the safety of its employees, workers and other stakeholders and to facilitate inspection, investigation, assessment and implementation of necessary safety measures. The Company is presently assessing the condition of the affected area, plant and equipment and is working with the authorities concerned and technical experts for taking appropriate remedial and safety measures. The Company is presently unable to ascertain the exact period of suspension of operations. The Company will take all necessary steps to resume operations at the Mahad facility at the earliest. Cause and Investigation The exact cause and circumstances leading to the gas leakage are presently under investigation by the competent statutory authorities. Accordingly, the Company is not in a position to comment conclusively on the cause of the incident at this stage. The Company is extending full cooperation to all concerned authorities in connection with the investigation. Impact As a precautionary measure, operations at the Mahad facility have been temporarily suspended with effect from August 15, 2026. Accordingly, there is a temporary disruption of operations at the said facility. The Company is presently assessing the impact of the suspension on production, dispatches, customer commitments, inventory and other operational activities. Based on the information presently available, the Company does not presently anticipate any material impact on its overall business operations. However, the assessment is ongoing. The incident occurred on August 15, 2026, and the Company prioritized initiation of necessary emergency response and safety measures immediately upon occurrence of the incident. Following the incident, the Company's management and personnel were engaged in emergency response and safety measures, providing necessary assistance and medical support to affected persons, securing the affected area, coordinating with the concerned statutory and regulatory authorities and ensuring the safety of personnel. The Company was thereafter engaged in verification and consolidation of the facts and circumstances of the incident, assessment of the operational impact of the emergency suspension and evaluation of the condition of the affected facility, while simultaneously cooperating with the concerned authorities. Accordingly, the present disclosure is being made at the earliest practicable opportunity after verification and consolidation of the material information available to the Company. The Company will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of material developments in relation to the incident, including the outcome of the investigation, the extent of damage/loss, the financial impact, progress on remedial measures and the expected/actual date of resumption of operations at the Mahad facility. The Company remains committed to the highest standards of safety, health and environmental protection and will undertake all necessary measures before recommencing operations at the affected facility.
