The said additional allocation is pursuant to the directions contained in the aforesaid Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and is in addition to the allocation already made to the Company. The additional allocation is expected to support the Company’s ethanol operations and contribute positively to its business operations, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the concerned authorities and the aforesaid Order. The Company will comply with all applicable regulatory requirements in relation to the said allocation.
