Max Earth Resources Limited | ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26
Chairman's Message
FROM OPERATIONS TO A RESOURCE
PLATFORM
During the year, we continued our transition towards becoming
a more diversified natural resources and infrastructure materials
company. Our strategic focus extends beyond mining and
crushing operations to resource ownership, mineral development,
processing capabilities, and value-added infrastructure materials.
We believe this integrated approach will strengthen our competitive
position, enhance operational resilience, and create sustainable
long-term value for our stakeholders.
Our vision is to build a scalable enterprise supported by a strong
resource base, efficient processing infrastructure, and disciplined
execution. By integrating mineral resources, quarry development,
extraction, crushing, screening and market supply, we seek
to capture greater value across the entire value chain while
reducing dependence on external resource sources wherever
commercially viable.
Our growth strategy is anchored by tangible operating assets that
form the foundation of our infrastructure-materials platform. The
Company owns a stone quarry asset spanning approximately 8.47
acres in Jamtara, Jharkhand, which supports our resource base,
along with a 200 TPH stone-crushing plant at Khunti, Jharkhand.
These assets provide an important operational platform as we
continue to strengthen our presence across the mining, processing
and infrastructure materials value chain.S
