Between 1949 and 1950, the manufacturing facility was relocated to its present site in Faizabad, positioning the business for future growth and deeper engagement with the agricultural ecosystem. In 1971, the partnership was reconstituted as K.M. Sugar Mills (Pvt.) Ltd., a private limited company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur, marking an important milestone in its journey towards becoming an integrated and sustainable sugar enterprise.
