Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the applicable Rules made thereunder This is further to our communication dated 16th May, 2026, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 16th May 2026 had recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each fully paid-up (i.e., 100%) for the Financial Year 2025-26 subject to the approval of shareholder at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the applicable Rules made thereunder, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, is Saturday, 05th September 2026. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, 06th September 2026 to Saturday, 12th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 37th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and payment of Final Dividend, subject to approval of the Members at the 37th AGM.
