engineered components for critical aerospace and defence applications, announced financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.

02 KEY FINANCIAL COMMENTARY
PTC Industries delivered a strong beginning to FY27, with consolidated growth supported by scaling advanced manufacturing programmes,
execution across aerospace and defence applications, and increasing contribution from its integrated materials and components platform.
During the quarter, Aerolloy Technologies Limited (“ATL”), the wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries, continued to remain a key growth
driver. Aerolloy reported Total Income of ₹742.7 million in Q1FY27, a growth of 466.4% YoY over ₹131.1 million in Q1FY26, with EBITDA of ₹334.2
million at an EBITDA Margin of 45.0%, and PAT of ₹220.8 million, a growth of 322.9% YoY. Trac Precision Solutions (UK), the group’s precision-
machining platform supporting high-value aerospace and industrial applications, reported Total Income of ₹714.0 million and EBITDA of ₹61.0
million in Q1FY27.

Global Commercial Aerospace
Landmark agreement with Airbus for Titanium castings:Aerolloy Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited,
signed a landmark agreement with Airbus for the development, qualification, industrialisation and future supply of titanium castings for the
A320neo, A330neo and A350 aircraft programmes. The agreement strengthens Aerolloy’s participation in global commercial aerospace supply
chains and reflects the Company’s integrated capabilities across titanium materials, precision castings, machining and inspection — delivering
fully machined, ready-to-fit titanium castings through one integrated manufacturing route.
Defence Systems, Sub-systems and Design-led Key Orders
BrahMos Aerospace order:PTC Industries secured a landmark order from BrahMos Aerospace for the development, integration and supply of a
strategic missile sub-system. The order marks the Company’s entry into systems and sub-systems integration, strengthening its role in
advanced defence and aerospace programmes.
ARDE, DRDO design and development order:PTC Industries received a design and development order from ARDE, DRDO for a Titanium Cradle
for the 105mm Indian Light Weight Tank. The order represents an important milestone as it expands the Company’s role from conventional build-
to-print manufacturing to design-led development of mission-critical defence components.
Gun Factory Kanpur development order:PTC Industries received a development order from Gun Factory Kanpur for two major artillery gun
components, further strengthening its position in India’s indigenous defence manufacturing ecosystem. The order builds on the Company’s
experience in advanced artillery applications, including the M777 ultra-lightweight howitzer programme.
Strategic Engagement and Workforce Development
Ministry of Defence leadership visit to Strategic Materials Technology Complex:PTC Industries and Aerolloy Technologies hosted senior
leadership from the Ministry of Defence’s Acquisition Wing at the Strategic Materials Technology Complex in Lucknow. The visit highlighted the
strategic relevance of the Company’s integrated titanium and superalloy ecosystem and its role in strengthening India’s aerospace and defence
materials capability.
PM-VBRY ceremony and formal workforce creation:Employees of PTC Industries and Aerolloy Technologies were among the beneficiaries
recognised under the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana. The milestone reflects the Company’s commitment to formal employment
generation, workforce development and specialised talent creation for advanced manufacturing.
Recognition and Strategic Positioning
2025 Burgundy Private Hurun India 500:PTC Industries was recognised among India’s 500 most valuable companies in the 2025 Burgundy
Private Hurun India 500, reflecting its evolution into an integrated advanced materials and components platform serving critical aerospace,
defence and strategic sectors.
Integrated Manufacturing and Strategic Materials Capability
Building the integrated platform:Through Aerolloy Technologies Limited, PTC is building capabilities across titanium and superalloy materials,
precision castings, forgings and machined components. These developments strengthen the Company’s position across materials, metallurgy,
manufacturing, machining, quality and execution.

Q1FY27 marks a strong start to the year and reflects the progress we are making in scaling PTC Industries as an integrated
advanced manufacturing platform for aerospace, defence and strategic applications. Our consolidated performance improved
significantly during the quarter, with strong growth in income and profitability and meaningful expansion in margins. Importantly,
Aerolloy continued to emerge as a key growth driver, demonstrating the operating leverage beginning to come through from the
capabilities and investments we have built over the past several years.
The quarter and the subsequent period were equally significant strategically. Our landmark agreement with Airbus expands our
participation in global commercial aerospace supply chains, while the programmes with BrahMos Aerospace, ARDE-DRDO and
Gun Factory Kanpur extend PTC’s role beyond precision manufacturing into design-led development, systems and sub-systems
