The improved performance reflects the Company’s focused operational strategy and growing demand for AI, cybersecurity and compliance solutions. The Company has also continued to expand the market presence of its AI-powered Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform, Controllo. The platform assists organizations in automating cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance requirements under various regulatory and industry frameworks, including RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, CERT-In directives, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other globally accepted standards. 2. Declaration of Final Dividend The Board of Directors has recommended, subject to the approval of the members, a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of face value ₹10 each.
