performance across both segments, with Marine revenue growing 30% to Rs. 103 crores and
Industry revenue increasing 77% to Rs. 156 crores, reflecting growing contribution from
industrial and infrastructure-led opportunities

execution across the Company’s diversified business portfolio

Secured Rs. 784 crores of new orders during Q1 FY27, reflecting strong demand across
diversified business segments and strengthening the growth outlook
Order backlog stood at Rs. 2,073 crores, up 201% YoY, providing strong revenue visibility and
a healthy execution pipeline for the coming quarters
Industry segment account for ~65% of the order backlog, with Data Centres and Industrial
Infrastructure driving increasing exposure to India’s digital and infrastructure growth
Marine & Defence businesses continue to perform well, supported by sustained domestic
naval development and recent orders from leading players in the maritime defence sector

(India) Limited said, “The first quarter of FY27 has set a strong direction for Marine Electricals (India),
marked by faster execution and a growing market presence. We delivered a remarkable 55% increase in
Q1 Revenue to Rs. 259 crores. This strong growth positively impacted profitability, with EBITDA rising 47%
to Rs. 33 crores and Profit After Tax increasing by nearly 51% to Rs. 18 crores.
We are actively sharpening our business focus to capture the significant opportunities emerging from
India’s digital and AI infrastructure growth. This strategic shift is clearly reflected in our order book, with
Data Centres and Industrial Infrastructure now accounting for a sizeable portion of our total order backlog.
These opportunities firmly position Marine Electricals (India) as a critical partner in power infrastructure
for essential, high-density digital environments.
In parallel, our Marine and Defence operations continue to perform well, supported by a strong domestic
market and sustained naval development. Orders from leading shipyards further strengthen our

We ended Q1FY27 with a strong unexecuted order book of Rs. 2,073 crores. With the addition of major
contracts secured through July, our execution pipeline now provides visibility of approximately 8 to 24
