He shall hold office till the date of next General Meeting of the Company to be held within three (3) months from the date of appointment. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, while considering the appointment of Mr. Kwek Ju-Yang Mark (Mr. Kwek) have noted that Mr. Kwek is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other authority. Brief profile (in case of appointment) Mr. Kwek was appointed Group Head, Sugar and Ethanol Energies of the Wilmar Group in July 2026, with responsibility for the Group’s global sugar and ethanol businesses. He joined the Wilmar Group in 2009 to oversee business development. Prior to his current role, served as General Manager of Wilmar’s sugar trading arm while also overseeing its global portfolio of sugar and ethanol operating subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates. He began his career at Bain & Company and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. 4.
