Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Pursuant to regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”) read with
clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform
you that the Company has received an Order dated August 14, 2026, from the Reserve Bank
of India (“RBI”) imposing a monetary penalty of ₹2.70 lakh (Rupees Two Lakh Seventy
Thousand only). The penalty relates specifically to the requirement under the RBI Know Your
Customer (KYC) Directions to have in place a system for periodic review of risk categorisation
of customer accounts, with such periodicity being at least once in six months. The afore-
mentioned penalty pertains to RBI Inspection for FY 2024-25.
Further, the RBI has recorded in its Order that “The company has undertaken corrective
action in May 2026 by putting in place a framework to undertake periodic review of risk
categorisation of customers.”
The aforesaid monetary penalty does not have any material impact on the financial position or
operations of the Company.
The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule-lll of the SEBI
LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2026/3762
dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed herewith as “Annexure A”.
