Further the Board of Directors of the Company on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee through resolution passed by circulation on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 02:40 PM IST approved the appointment of Dr Yogesh Attray as an additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f August 14, 2026, in accordance with the aforesaid order of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India. We hereby confirm that Dr Yogesh Attray satisfies the criteria of independence prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations and that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. He has extensive experience in educational administration, research, and community development.
