Brief Profile Shri Molleti Ganapathi Rao (DIN: Yet to be obtained) is an experienced public administrator and retired Senior Grade Deputy Collector with extensive experience in public administration, revenue administration, land administration and resource administration. He also has professional experience as a Geophysicist in geophysical surveys and groundwater targeting. Shri Rao holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Andhra University (1982) and an M.Sc. (Tech.) in Geophysics from Andhra University (1985). He began his career with GSDA, Mumbai, as a Geophysicist (1985–1986), followed by his tenure with APSIDC, Andhra Pradesh, as a Geophysicist (1986–1995). From 1996 to 2024, he served in the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, including as a Special Grade Deputy Collector in the State Civil Services. During this period, he acquired extensive experience in district-level general administration, revenue administration, land administration and resource management.
