In furtherance to our announcement dated 11th June, 2026 regarding the Court-Supervised Restructuring Proceedings (Redressement Judiciaire) of Centum T&S Group S.A., France and Centum T&S (Centum Technologies et Solutions), France, the Company wishes to inform that the Lyon Economic Activities Court, France, has ordered the conversion of the judicial reorganization proceedings (Redressement Judiciaire) of the aforesaid entities into judicial liquidation proceedings (Liquidation Judiciaire). The conversion follows the court-approved acquisition and takeover of the business operations of the aforesaid entities by MBDA France and SII. The Company received the judgment orders passed by the Lyon Economic Activities Court in this regard on 20th July, 2026, and the judicial liquidation proceedings are effective from 2nd July, 2026.
