Smt Kahuli Sema (DIN:11893225) and Shri Ashish Kumar Gupta(DIN: 00728633) was appointed as Non-official Independent Director w.e.f. 14.08.2026 (date of Registration with IICA). 3. Pursuant to SEBI Master circular dated 30.01.2026, the brief profiles of Smt Kahuli Sema and Shri Ashish Kumar Gupta are attached herewith. Further, as certified by the Directors, their inter-se relationship between the Directors of Engineers India Limited are NIL. 4.
