The statutory auditor of the Company have reviewed the said result. The limited review of unaudited standalone financial result for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 required in terms of clause 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 has been carried out by statutory auditors. The Limited Review Report does not contain any qualifications. The Government of India has notified the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 along with related rules. However, the effective date from which the changes are applicable is yet to be notified and the rules are yet to be finalized. The Company will assess the impact of these Codes and give effect in the financial statements in the period in which the related provisions become effective and the rules thereunder are published. The Company operates in a single reportable segment, namely “Textile”, in accordance with the requirements of Ind AS 108 — Operating Segments. These standalone financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standards (“Ind AS”) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The figures for the previous period have been regrouped/recast, wherever necessary, to conform with the current period presentation.
