Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform you that, the Company “Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited” has completed the purchase of following new equipment under its ongoing capital expenditure (capex) for FY27: S No Machine Type Qty Capacity 1 Crawler Cranes 2 900MT 2 Cement Batching Plant 1 30 m3 Total 3 Along with these machines and other fixed asset additions, the company has completed a Capex of approx. Rs. 40.59 Crores (exclusive of GST, unaudited) in Q1 of FY2026-27. The new equipment’s are being deployed for execution of orders under Segment A (Construction Equipment Rentals) predominantly focusing on expanding the company’s footprint in the renewable energy sector.
