Date: 14th August 2026 BSE Limited, Corporate Relationship Department, Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400001 Scrip Code: 526899 Symbol: HFIL Subject: Chairman's letter for Investor's information. Dear Sir/ Ma’am, Please find enclosed herewith the Chairman's letter for the purpose of Investor's information. This is for your information and records please. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, For and on behalf of Himalaya Food International Limited Manmohan Malik (Managing Director) DIN: 00696077 14th August 2026 Dear Shareholders, On behalf of the Board of Directors, I present to you the financial results for the quarter ended. While our financial performance for this quarter remains modest and below our true historical standard, it reflects a critical period of operational stabilization and strategic transition. Beneath these lackluster top-line figures lies a resilient core: an organization that is disciplined, clear-eyed, and relentlessly focused on resolving legacy balance sheet constraints to unlock our long-term value. Key Operational & Strategic Highlights Resolution of OTS & Debt Clearance: We are in the final phase of fulfilling our obligations under the One-Time Settlement (OTS) framework. Closing out this balance remains our top operational priority, as it will fully unencumber our assets and restore financial flexibility. Monetization of Non-Core Land Assets: The management is actively negotiating high-potential leads for the monetization of our surplus land parcels in Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. We expect to finalize these transactions within the current financial year. Targeted Deployment of Capital: The proceeds from these strategic asset sales are strictly earmarked for two clear objectives: 1. Complete satisfaction of the remaining OTS balance to achieve a healthier balance sheet. 2. Direct reinvestment into the revival and modernization of our core manufacturing lines. Looking Ahead Clearing our debt obligations and monetizing non-core assets are the final catalyst steps required to restart our idle capacity, restore optimal production efficiency, and position the company for sustainable profitability. The journey to full recovery requires patience and steadfast execution, but the path forward is well- defined. Management remains deeply committed to restoring the company to its true potential and delivering long-term value to all our stakeholders. I extend my sincere gratitude to our shareholders, financial partners, and employees for their continued faith and patience during this transformative phase. Aspiring for india’s continued march to its glorious heritage & wishing you very happy Independence Day Warm regards, ManMohan Malik Chairman & Managing Director
