("Siemens Energy"), pursuant to which TDPS will manufacture and supply 2-pole Generators in accordance with Siemens Energy's designs, drawings and specifications. The disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Para B Part A of Schedule III read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
