With reference to our earlier intimation dated August 11, 2026, regarding board meeting of Maruti Interior
Products Limited (“the Company”) proposed to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, inter alia, to consider
and approve the Standalone and Consolidated audited financial result for the quarter ended on 30th
June, 2026. We hereby inform you that the said Board Meeting has been postponed due to non finalisaiton
of quarterly financial result of the foreign subsidiary of the Company.
The rescheduled date of the Board Meeting will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course, in
accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015.
