Allcargo Global Reports 20.8% QoQ Revenue Growth in Q1 FY27
EBITDA rises 94.1% QoQ to ₹33 crore; LCL volumes grow 4.9% QoQ as Company maintains focus on yield
and cost management
Friday, 14th August 2026: Allcargo Global Limited, International logistics and supply chain business of the
Allcargo Group, and world's largest LCL consolidator, today announced its financial results for the quarter
ended June 30, 2026. This is the Company's first quarterly result following its listing on the BSE and NSE
on July 3, 2026, marking an important milestone in the completion of the Group's restructuring and
demerger journey.
On a consolidated basis, Q1 FY27 revenue stood at ₹3,522 crore, registering a 20.8% sequential
growth over ₹2,915 crore in Q4 FY26.
EBITDA increased 94.1% QoQ to ₹33 crore, compared with ₹17 crore in Q4 FY26, supported by
the Company’s continued focus on cost management, yield improvement and operational
efficiencies.
In line with the improved trade environment, LCL volumes grew 4.9% over the previous quarter,
while FCL and Air volumes grew by 1.2% and 4.8%, respectively.
The improvement in volumes, together with continued yield management initiatives, supported
the Company's sequential improvement in revenue and EBITDA.
The quarter marks the beginning of a new phase for Allcargo Global as an independently listed company
with a sharper focus on its international logistics and supply chain business. The completed restructuring
provides greater strategic clarity and enables the Company to focus on its resources and capital allocation
towards building a stronger global logistics company and creating sustainable long-term value.
Adarsh Hegde, Managing Director, Allcargo Global Limited, said, “Our first quarter as an independently
listed company marks an important milestone. We have delivered 20.8% sequential growth in revenue
while navigating a global trade environment that remains complex & unpredictable. The global logistics
landscape is changing rapidly, with trade routes being redefined, supply chains becoming more
diversified & resilient, and technology fundamentally changing how customers manage their global flows.
We believe these shifts will create new & meaningful opportunities for companies like us that combine
global reach with speed, flexibility & strong execution. We continue to be more agile, more technology-
enabled & more profitable, enabling us to respond faster to changing customer needs and capture
emerging trade opportunities while maintaining the discipline required to deliver sustainable growth.
Our commitment remains simple: grow responsibly, execute consistently & create enduring value for our
customers, shareholders & our people.”
Allcargo Global is building a resilient and technology-enabled international logistics and supply chain
business, leveraging its global network and India-linked trade opportunities to drive sustainable,
profitable growth.
