No.: A47094 Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited INVESTOR PRESENTATION Chairman's Vision: Integration Roadmap Dear Investors, I am pleased to share our strategic vision for the Company’s next phase of growth. With five operational facilities and the upcoming R-32 manufacturing facility at Bhilwara, we are strengthening our pan-India manufacturing and distribution network while creating a strong foundation for forward integration. Our Khalapur facility has been completed and will commence commercial operations for high-purity helium processing with an installed capacity of 1,200 metric tonnes per annum, reinforcing our position as one of India’s leading suppliers in this niche segment. Further, our upcoming Mambattu facility is progressing as planned and is expected to commence operations by end 2026, significantly enhancing our distribution reach and customer servicing capabilities across South India. In parallel, we continue to advance our backward integration strategy through the development of our 10,000 MT R-32 manufacturing facility at Bhilwara. This facility will strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, enhance cost efficiencies, improve supply chain reliability, and expand our portfolio of advanced refrigerant gases, supporting long-term sustainable growth. Looking ahead, our expansion into next-generation HFOs and specialty gases, supported by global sourcing partnerships and helium recovery technologies, positions us in high-value, technology-driven segments while strengthening supply security. These initiatives are expected to improve EBITDA margins by approximately 3–4% over the medium term.
