As per terms of Share Purchase agreement and in compliance with norms of open offer the intent of the promoter(s) to reclassify from Promoter Category to Public Category has been disclosed in the letter of offer dated March 29, 2023. Accordingly existing Promoter and Members of Promoter Group have transferred their respective shares as per Share Purchase agreement to Mr. Siva Dharma Teja Yadlapalli (Acquirer). Mr. Siva Dharma Teja Yadlapalli (Acquirer) took over the Control of the company this day i.e., 14th day of August, 2026 as per Regulation 31A (10) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with norms of open offer and Share Purchase agreement.
