In this regard, we wish to inform you that the adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was duly commenced today and the Board continued its deliberations on the agenda items. However, during the course of deliberations, the Board raised certain further queries and sought additional clarifications in relation to the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Accordingly, the Board has decided to further adjourn the meeting to cnable the requisite clarifications to be considered and addressed before approval of the said financial results. Accordingly, the adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors shall continue and be held on August 15, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and to transact other incidental matters thereto. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
