Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 we enclose herewith the following:
1) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company prepared as per Indian Accounting
Standard (IND-AS) for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. These Financial Results have
been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
