We wish to inform you that the aforesaid disclosure dated 04.08.2026 was submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. However, upon subsequent verification, it has come to the notice of the company that the said disclosure was inadvertently not submitted (not properly uploaded) to BSE Limited. The Company has noticed the above omission today and is submitting the disclosure to BSE Limited forthwith. The delay in submission to BSE was inadvertent and unintentional. We are now attaching herewith the said disclosure dated 04.08.2026. We regret the inadvertent omission and request you to kindly take the above disclosure on record and disseminate the same.
