Appointment of PCI-DSS Auditor The Company has formally appointed SGS, a globally recognized testing, inspection, and certification body, to conduct the final Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) certification audit for its payment infrastructure. 2. Core Technology Framework and Platform Hardening Our proprietary payment gateway application has successfully cleared all rigorous baseline internal testing phases and is structurally prepared for the final certification process. The underlying application architecture is engineered utilizing Open Transaction Model (OTM) and State-Based Message Delivery (SBMD) frameworks, ensuring secure data handling, architectural modularity, and rapid transaction throughput. The recent deployment timeline extension has been strategically leveraged by our engineering teams to significantly harden the platform architecture, resulting in a structurally stronger, highly secure, and competitively superior market product. 3. RBI Payment Aggregator License Status The formal application for the Payment Aggregator (PA) authorization will be submitted to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) immediately following: ● The conclusion and audit of the required financial results. ● The formal infusion of additional equity capital to meet the regulatory net-worth norms prescribed by the RBI. 4.
