Reason for delay in submission of financial result for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026

The financial information of the said foreign subsidiary is required to be finalised and incorporated in the consolidated financial results of the Company. The process of finalisation of the accounts of the foreign subsidiary has taken longer than anticipated due to finalisation of accounting and reconciliation of financial information, resulting in a consequential delay in finalisation of the consolidated financial results of the Company. The Company is actively coordinating with the management and auditors of the foreign subsidiary and is taking all necessary steps to complete the process at the earliest. The Company shall submit the Financial Results to the Stock Exchange as soon as the same are duly finalised and approved by the Board of Directors. We sincerely regret the delay and assure the Stock Exchange that the Company is making all reasonable efforts to ensure submission of the Financial Results at the earliest.
