In furtherance to our letters bearing reference nos. SEIL/Sec./SE/2022-23/40 dated September 7, 2022
and SEIL/Sec./SE/2025-26/13 dated May 26, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of
Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (“Company”) at its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, July 3, 2026,
has, inter-alia considered and approved revisions to the investment/capital expenditure earmarked for
capacity enhancement at the Company's Kolkata Medium Voltage Components (KMVC) facility.
The details of the revised capital expenditure approved by the Board are as follows:
i. Revision in capital expenditure from INR 138 Crores to INR 184 Crores, for enhancement of
the existing manufacturing capacity of Medium Voltage (MV) Vacuum Interrupters at KMVC
from 180,000 units per annum to 250,000 units per annum.
(This is an update to the disclosure made vide letter dated September 7, 2022.)

5 Investment required INR 184 Crores (earlier approval sought for INR 138 Crores). The
increment amount of INR 46 crores from initial approval, is towards
additional capacity enhancements and project execution.
