This proposed change is subject to the approval of the relevant statutory authorities. The Company shall make the necessary application(s) to the relevant statutory authorities for changing its financial year to commence on January 1 and end on December 31 of the same calendar year. Upon receipt of all necessary approvals, the financial year of the Company commencing on April 1, 2026, will end on December 31, 2026, instead of ending on March 31, 2027, and shall comprise a period of 9 (nine) months. Subsequently, each financial year of the Company shall commence on January 1 and end on December 31 of the same calendar year.
