Limited Review Report on Unaudited Finan cial Results of Agio Paper &I ndustries Limited for the
quarter ended 30" June 2026, pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosu re
Requirements) Regulations 2015.
The Board of Directors,
Agio Paper & Industries Limited
505 Diamond Prestige,
41A AJCB ose Road,
Kolkata - 700017
1 We have reviewed the accompany ing statement of unaudited standalone financial results of M/s. Agio
Paper &I ndustries Limited ("the Company'") for the quarter ended 30h June, 2026 (°the Statement'),
attached herewith. The statement is being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of
Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the
Regulation).
2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Board of
Directors at its meeting held on August 13, 2026, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition
and measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial
Reporting°Ihd AS 34"), prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, read
with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our
responsibility is to issue a report on these financial results based on our review.
3 We conducted our review of the statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE)
2410 "Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Statutory Auditor of the Entity," issued
by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This Standard requires that we plan and perform the
review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the statement free of material misstatement. A
review limited primarily to inquiries of Company personnel and analytical procedures applied to
financial data and thus provide less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and
accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.
4 We draw attention to note no. 2 of the statement regarding suspension of the operation at the factory due
to reasons mentioned in the note, disposal of substantial portion of the plant and machinery, capital work
in progress and impaiment of capital work in progress. These conditions indicate material uncertainty
that may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability toc ontinue as a going concerm. However, the
statement has been prepared on a going concern basis for the reasons stated in the abovementioned note.
The appropriateness of the said basis is inter alia dependent on the Company's ability to infuse requisite
funds for meeting its obligations, and resuming operations. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this
matter.
5 Attention is drawn to the fact that the figures for the quarter ended March 31 2026, as reported in the
Statement are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full previous financial year
and the published year to date figures up to the third quarter of the previous financial year. The figures
up to the end of the third quarter of previous financial year had only been reviewed and not subjected to
audit.

6. Based on our review conducted, as stated above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to
believe that the accompany ing Statement of unaudited financial results prepared in accordance with the
applicable Indian Accounting Standards as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Ac1, 2013, as
amended, read with relevant rules issued there under and other recognized accounting principles practices
and policies, has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 including the manner in
which it is to be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.
