The Company has allotted 1,25,00,000 equity shares to Risee Infinity Private Limited a Promoter company on June 18, 2025, upon exercise of rights attached to the warrants, for a total consideration of ₹300.00 crore. During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, 11,31,00,000 outstanding warrants issued by the Company lapsed on account of non-conversion within the prescribed period of 18 months. Consequently, the amount of Rs. 678.60 Crore received against such warrants has been forfeited. Although the original preferential issue size was ₹3,014.40 crore, only ₹978.60 crore was ultimately received pursuant to warrant subscription and subsequent conversion exercise. Outstanding warrants not exercised within the stipulated period lapsed and the corresponding balance consideration was not received.
