Bharati Raman Gotarna as Non-official (Independent) Director (NoD) on the Board of Shipping Corporation of India Limited for a period of 03 year, with effect from the date of appointment, or until further order, whichever is earlier. The appointment of Smt. Bharati Raman Gotarna will be effective upon obtaining DIN. The date of assumption of charge will be informed to the stock exchanges in due course along with requisite details in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, read with SEBI Master Circular dated 31st January, 2026 and other relevant circulars.
