communication from BSE Limited (""BSE") on August 13, 2026, intimating the rejection of the waiver
applications filed by the Company in respect of the fines imposed by BSE Limited and the ational Stock
Exchange of India Limited C SE'). for non-compliance/delayed compliance \\ith Regulation 17(1A) of
the SEBI Listing Regulations. The details of the fines are as under
1. Quarter ended December 2024: A fine of Rs 1.06.200/- (including GST) was Imposed by each
ofBSE and SE
2. Quarter ended June 2021: A fine ofRs. 2,05.320/- (includmg GST) was Imposed b~ each of
BSE and SE. The said amount was paid to SE upon rejection of the waiver application by
