However, the Company has not yet finalised and submitted the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Consequently, the finalisation of the financial information and accounts for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 has also been delayed, resulting in a consequential delay in the submission of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
