महोदय/Dear Sir,
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that, Ministry of Mines, Govt. of
India vide order no. Met3-10/2/2020-METAL III dated 14.08.2026 has appointed Shri
Neeraj, as Part-time Non-official (Independent) Director on the Board of NALCO w.e.f.
date of notification of their appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities and
thereafter, the Board of Directors will induct him as Independent Director on the Board of
the Company, in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
