The Board of Directors of the Company have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Piyush Patel (DIN:09655113) as an Independent Director of the Company for second term of five years effective from 30.06.2027 to 29.06.2032 subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided that the 40th Annual General Meeting (Agm) of the members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at 10.30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company at Plot No. 45-46 Phase II, Piperia Industrial Estate, Silvassa- 396230. 4. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company from Thursday 24th September, 2026 to Wednesday 30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 5.
