Due to inordinate delays in subsidy and energy claim processing/release by central and state governments for urea as well as micro irrigation for more than 2 years the company is facing severe llnancial constraints and has been defaulting on salary payments and payments to vendors (including Control S and IBM) as result the company has lost access to its SAP systems from May 05,2026, which has resulted in delays in preparation and finalization of financial results. In view of the above difficulties, the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, publication is delayed and the company is making its best effort to finalize and submit the results on or before the 30th of August, 2026.
