Notes: The financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards as prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015, as amended. These un-audited results were reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Aug 14, 2026. The results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 have been un audited by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. An unqualified limited review report was issued by them thereon. The Company operates in only one segment, namely steel products and hence segment information is not applicable. The chairman and managing director of the company, Sri CH Suresh Mohan Reddy, is authorised to sign and submit these financial results to the Stock Exchange as per Board Resolution.
