Regulations and relevant SEBI Circular is hereby disclosing details of the Corporate Guarantee issued by Dixon for
its unlisted material wholly owned subsidiary, Padget Electronics Private Limited, in favor of Lenovo Ireland
International Limited.
Please note that the details as mentioned above and as required under the SEBI Circular, are being furnished in an
Annexure-A, attached hereto.

significant terms and conditions, including behalf of Padget upto an aggregate limit of USD
amount of guarantee 220,000,000 (United States Dollars Two Hundred
Twenty Million only), to ensure that Padget discharges
all its payment obligations towards Lenovo Ireland for
purchase of raw materials/ parts and components for
manufacturing of its products.
4. Impact of such guarantees or indemnity or There is no immediate impact on Dixon, except to the
surety on listed entity. extent of the amount for which the Corporate
Guarantee has been provided.
The Corporate Guarantee issued will be the contingent
liability in the books of Dixon.
