Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that, the
Company had voluntarily filed an application for adjudication of penalties under Section 454
of the Companies Act, 2013 (“the Act”), admitting the delays in filing Form BEN-2 in respect
of Significant Beneficial Owner (“SBO”).
Upon consideration of the submissions made by the Company and the facts and
circumstances of the case, the penalty has been imposed under section 90 (11) for violation
of the section 90 (4) of the Act read with Rule 4 of the Companies (Significant Beneficial
Owners) Rules, 2018 on the Company and its officer(s) in default.
The disclosure regarding the same is attached herewith as Annexure – A.
