However, due to an inadvertent typographical error, the cut-off date was incorrectly mentioned as August 20, 2026, in the covering letter accompanying the Annual Report dated July 28, 2026. The Company hereby clarifies that the correct cut-off date for e-voting is August 13, 2026, as already disclosed through the aforesaid communications. This clarification is being issued solely to rectify the typographical error appearing in the covering letter, and there is no change in any other information relating to the AGM or e- voting process.
