We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited consolidated financial results of CSM Technologies Limited (the “Holding Company”) and its subsidiaries (the Holding Company and its subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 ("the Statement") attached herewith, being prepared by the Company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the "Listing Regulations"). 2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Holding Company’s Management and has been approved by the Holding Company’s Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34 “Interim Financial Reporting”, prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the statements based on our review. 3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410 - “Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity”, issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A review of interim financial information consists of making inquiries, primarily of persons responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with Standards on Auditing and consequently does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion. 4. The consolidated financial results include the financial information of five subsidiaries incorporated outside India. The interim financial statements of these subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 were prepared by their respective managements and such interim financial information was not reviewed by us, however, have been certified and furnished to us by the Management for the purpose of our review of the consolidated financial results. The Holding Com pany's management converted the financial statements and interim financial information of these subsidiaries from their respective local GAAP to Ind AS. We examined the material conversion and consolidation adjustments made by the Holding Company's management. These subsidiaries, considered in the consolidated financial statements, reflect total revenue of X128.25 lakhs, and net loss of £79.51 lakhs for the quarter ended. Our opinion on the consolidated financial results, insofar as it relates to the amounts and disclosures reviewed by us on the interim financial information for the period from April 1, 20to2 Ju6ne 30, 2026, and our examination of the related conversion and consolidation adjustments. The consolidated financial statements also include one Indian subsidiary whose financial statements and other financial information was not reviewed by us, however, have been certified and furnished to us by the Management, and our conclusion on the financial results, in so far as it relates to the amounts and disclosures included in respect of this Subsidiary is based solely on the certification by the management and the procedures performed by us. We have considered the financial statements that reflect total revenue of X278.58 lakhs, and net profit of 24.98 lakhs. 6. Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the accompanying statement of unaudited consolidated financial results prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and other recognized accounting practices and policies has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 including the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.
