Maharashtra, India Scrip Code:539917 Symbol: NAGAFER Dear Sir/Madam(s), Sub: Disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of Un-audited Financial Results ior the quarter ended June 30,2026 Ref: SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD-'1 '1'142'12018 dated November 19. 2018 The Company, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 (Listing Regulations), is obliged to submit its Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, within 45 days from the end of the quarter i.e., on or before August 14, 2026. Due to inordinate delays in subsidy and energy claim processing/release by central and state governments for urea as well as micro irrigation for more than 2 years the company is facing severe llnancial constraints and has been defaulting on salary payments and payments to vendors (including Control S and IBM) as result the company has lost access to its SAP systems from May 05,2026, which has resulted in delays in preparation and finalization of financial results. In view of the above difficulties, the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, publication is delayed and the company is making its best effort to finalize and submit the results on or before the 30th of August, 2026.
