Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 this is to
inform you that Board of Directors in their Meeting held on Friday, 14th August, 2026 at the Registered
office of the Company. The Board transacted and approved following matters:
1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter
ended 30th June, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
2. Approved the Limited Review Report on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the
the First quarter ended 30th June, 2026 .
3. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and
approved the appointment of M/s. Jay Bhatt and Associates, Company Secretaries, Peer Reviewed
Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice, represented by Mr. Jay Bhatt (Membership No. 46916, COP
No. 28320), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the
Company for the financial year 2025-26, subject to such approvals as may be required under
applicable laws.
The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 03.30 p.m. (Indian Standard Time)
and concluded at 04:30 P.M. (Indian Standard Time) with the vote of thanks.

Notes
1 The above Unaudited standalone financial results, have been prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (lnd AS),
the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, reviewed by the
Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 14th August 2026.
2 These financial results have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Regulations 33 and Regulations 52 read with
Regulation 63 of the listing regulations, and is in conformity with the applicable Indian Accounting Standards (‘Ind AS’) prescribed
under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act’), read with relevant rules issued there-under, and other accounting
principles generally accepted in India.
3 Currently, the Company operates only in the Finance Activity segment. However, since the Company had two reportable segments,
namely Finance Activity and Commodity Trading Activity, in the previous financial year, segment-wise results have been presented
for comparative purposes.
4 The figures for the previous periods / year are re-classified / re-arranged / re-grouped , wherever necessary, to confirm current
period presentation.
5 During the last year of FY 2025–26, the Company changed its accounting policy for the classification of certain investments from
FVTPL to FVOCI, based on a revised business model assessment and management’s intention, in compliance with the applicable
provisions of Ind AS 109. Accordingly, for comparative purposes, the figures as at June 2025 have been regrouped/reclassified to
give effect to the revised classification
