He is handling the purchase of Raw Materials and looking after the Marketing and manufacturing process of Paper and also new product development. Besides Mr. Jain is also involved in the marketing and business development of the Hotel Business of the Company. Reason for change: The present term of the Mr. Abhay Jain is going to expire on 9th August 2027. Relationships between directors: Mr. Abhay Jain is the nephew of Mr. Parveen Jain and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain.  Mr. Shiv Pravesh Chaturvedi (DIN: 06834388) was re-appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of another 2 years commencing from 10th August, 2027.
