Policybazaar is a wholly owned subsidiary of PB Fintech Limited (“the Company”). Further, the Authority has issued a show cause notice on some of the observations in respect of the said inspection. Policybazaar will be duly submitting its response to the learned authority as per the prescribed timelines. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Master Circular dated January 30, 2026 issued by SEBI is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30(13) of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated February 25, 2025, on Industry Standards Note is enclosed herewith in Form A, marked as Annexure B.
