We wish to inform you that the Company made an intimation on March !6,2024, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") as amended, relating to an Order received from the Commercial Tax Officer (Enforsement-4), Office of the CommercialTax Officer, Navanagar, Hubballi ("authority") directing to pay an aggregate demand of Rs. 7,23,902/- including the Penalty of Rs.3,61,951/- under CGST and Rs.3,61,951/- under SGST. The Company had also informed that it would file an appeal in respect of the said order. ln this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has paid the applicable amount and thereafter filed an appeal before the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals) under Appeal No. APL/GST- 48L/2O24-25. The Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals), Dharwad Division, Navanagar, Hubballi, has dismisscd the said appeal under Section 107(11) of the Kanrataka Gor:cls arrtl Servir-es Tax Ac[, 2OI7.The Company received the appellate order on July 2,2026.
