Appointment of Senior Management Personnel and CFO Leadership Transition Appointment of Mr. Rohit Saraogi, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) - Designate, as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective August 14, 2026. Mr. Nitin Jajodia, the current CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the Company, will, upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, move to an operating/business role as Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”). Concurrently, Mr. Rohit Saraogi will assume charge as CFO and KMP of the Company, subject to receipt of such other approvals as may be necessary. This appointment and the related transition are a significant step as the Company prepares for its new phase of growth in the coming years. Note: The approval of the Board of Directors will be separately obtained in respect of the effective date of the change in KMP, subject to such other approvals as may be required.
