The differential PF contribution amount has already been paid during the year 2020. With respect to the damages, the Hon'ble Industrial Tribunal-CUM-Labour Court, Chennai has considered the Company’s request and granted partial relief by reducing the damages by 45% from ₹23.24 Lakhs to ₹12.78 Lakhs of which ₹6.00 lakhs has already been deposited.
