The said Notice has been issued pursuant to scrutiny of the Company’s GST returns and seeks explanation/clarification in respect of certain discrepancies observed in the returns, as detailed in the annexure to the Notice. The Company is in the process of examining the Notice in detail and shall submit its response within the prescribed timelines, based on the advice of its tax consultants. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023, as amended from time to time is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.
